To ensure optimal service and availability for all my clients, I kindly request that you provide me with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged to your account. Clients that arrive 15 minutes past appointment time will be considered a “no show” and charged 50% of their service booked. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing me to efficiently manage my schedule and accommodate every client.
